Where is TestQuality’s infrastructure hosted?
TestQuality’s primary application cloud services are hosted with Amazon AWS in the US East region, spanning multiple availability zones.
Does TestQuality hold certifications?
We do not operate our own data centers or servers, and currently, TestQuality does not hold certifications. We adhere to industry best practices for security and data protection in the development of our software products.

What data is stored at TestQuality?
TestQuality collects and stores various types of information to facilitate and enhance your user experience and the overall quality of our Service. The types of data stored include personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name and email address, which you may provide during the use of our Service. Additionally, we automatically collect and store Log Data sent by your browser, which includes your IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, and other usage statistics.

While we understand the need for vendor assessments, completing lengthy, custom security questionnaires or vendor-specific forms for every individual client would be cost-prohibitive and slow down the process.
